Istanbul Grill - Havant

Having now ordered two Kebabs in last couple of weeks I've been very impressed with the service and quality of food. I read previous old reviews which were bad but it seems to me the new management has really improved. Tasty food fast service. Apologies for no pic looked so tasty I didn't take time to take one

Very poor service today, was shouted at down the phone and told to go away when trying to order, still awaiting my refund!

Firstly After ordering over £50 worth of food it was delivered just to find our child’s burger brought a whole new meaning to the word char grilled. Should be called char mullered. Secondly All is not lost as it’s going in my tool box to be used as a hammer. Thirdly the large chicken shisk kebab ordered on line clearly stating chicken Turned up black char coated LAMB. uneatable and again I will find a use for that as I need some good door stops. Having asked lots of people and being advised never to use them as they are over priced, rude, shocking and get your order wrong I thought that I would give them the benefit of doubt. What a massive mistake. When my sister called to politely say it was not the right order and didn’t even get to the hammer burger part as the manager was so rude and basically told us if we don’t like it to walk away in sharp short jerky movements. Guys do yourselves a favour, don’t ever use these people. Save your money and find another kebab place. One that gives you your correct order and one that delivers food that can be eaten and not end up in your tool box and screwed to your skirting boards to stop your doors banging. Istanbul grill can do one. Here’s to the power of social media.

My food arrived fast so i was thinking it would be nice. how wrong i was, the chips were hard on the outside and tough on the inside like chips you left out overnight then heated again, the burger was fishy and very chewy with white little cubes, the ice cream was half melted. within an hour of eatin i had a very quick trip to the toilet. the diet coke i should add was warm i called to tell hem and i was told, why did you order it. left me a little shocked as how do you know if the food would be nice til after you buy. i was not rude to the guy but he was very rude and going by the food and reviews here i can understand why. of course not everyone's food is bad so i can only go by my experience but you could be unlucky too and if you are you will get nothing but insults from this place. it is sad when a take away takes no pride in their service or quality of food served.

They need shutting down! Food is awful and not even edible that’s all I have to say, lazy men on there
