Coffee Ville - Havant

We normally go to a different cafe on a Saturday afternoon but unfortunately they have been closed recently so we have been visiting cafe ville. We have not received the best customer service here and have found the staff to be generally quite rude. Food and drinks are okay, but nothing overly special

We use this cafe on a daily basis, mostly for when I go shopping on my disability scooter. There are two excellent staff who always give you a welcome and you can have a great banter with them, especially when they get to know you. They are very helpful with everyone especially if you are elderly or disabled. One of the older servers is very ignorant and will not give you the time of day unless she has to. She should not be working with the general public. I have complained to the owner once before and at the time his hands were tied. Since then I have not been able to contact him. It can be a very busy cafe especially when the market is on, which is a Friday. There could be a better selection of cakes but space limits this sadly.

Coffeeville just delivered breakfast to our office, so if it was a big order. I have to say that eating and coffee was excellent! we will definitely be back for our Friday Brekkie order! thank you.

The regular coffee was nice, so was the cherry baked cake it is my favorites i guess coffee ville a 10/10 give them 5 stars

Had very nice cake to choose from. it was difficult to decide what to have. toilets on the top floor were very clean
