Topoly - Havana

Topoly is an Iranian restaurant located in the Vedado area of town. It has both outdoor and indoor seating with friendly waiting staff. There are a number of vegan options available (just ask for the dishes to come with the salsa de frutas (fruit sauce) instead of the mayonnaise. We particularly enjoyed the middle-eastern spring rolls, the veggie patty and the salad! For vegetarians there are around 7 options available.

This place is my first stop when I landed in Cuba, and honestly it was ok, I give him a 3/5 ... I liked that they have a 3 vegan options, the plate, the burger and the pack that I had all three, the Empanadas for me was the best article. I still appreciate them for vegan options.

We had two vegetarian records that were pretty good. Although we realized that one of them had tuna in the potato salad, which was not great. The falafels and babaganoush were nice. Beautiful surroundings. Not sure how much of it was vegan.

A refreshing change from typical Cuban food. Not expensive by tourist Havana standard. Good quality and presentation. Good service. We had a feast.

A good variety o vegetarian options that I made vegan. Nice and friendly staff.
