almbad huberspitz - Hausham

Our Bavarian exchange daughter chose the Almbad Huberspitz as a location for her wedding this summer. The venue was beautiful and the three days we had at the Almbad Huberspitz were quiet and the perfect place for a family to the young... Collect and celebrate couples. We arrived on Friday for dinner and left on Sunday after breakfast. The food was wonderful and the service was both personalized and very attentive. We would recommend this location for food, family accommodation and a place to relax while enjoying the nature in the Alps.

As an expat it is better if I write this in English to learn the language... After a nice refreshing walk from the parking lot in Hausham (45-60 minutes) you can reach this beautiful Pittoresk Almbad, a mountain huette so to say. Welcomed by Michi very friendly, the manager and some of the staff we have for our 2 days business review. What overhauled me was that they had a perfect setup for a day-in-the-wood with all colleagues. All facilities suitable our group of 20: presentation room, flipcharts etc. Lunch was perfectly served, very nicely decorated with a beautiful smile and then we continued with our work. In the meantime, the staff prepared everything for our dinner. Some of us enjoyed the hot tub outside our indoor sauna! After this very nice duck we had enough time to enjoy the fresh mountain air that invites our drinks. We all sleep satisfied, more than 20 beds available, clean rooms, nicely furnished. It was perfect! Breakfast was complete, the bread is amazing, coffee ran flowing. We enjoyed another day gathering our heads from all over the city noise with which we are all so familiar. When the second day was over, our luggage was dropped next to our cars. No, not the Ritz, but to escape from the hectic life in the cities, that is the place to go, no distraction, we had the feeling that we were invited to their living room (can also the loving cats, Beppe Batzi). Thanks again Michi, Linda, Kathi Silvio for this perfect stay!

Have spent a wonderful evening with friends again. we were greeted with a glass of white glowing wine by the house owner. there was a very relaxed atmosphere on the hut. the fine 4-course menu and a romantic torch hike made the evening a beautiful experience. at night, it was possible to enjoy a great view of the fireworks around the lake. adult and children had their fun. thanks to the hüttenwirt and its team!

If you want to celebrate in a dreamlike scene and in a hard time you can recommend the huberspitz.

We were on occasion of a birthday party with overnight in the almbad huberspitz and it was an unforgettable celebration in a fantastic location with very nice and attentive service! yes, the rooms are all without your own shower/WC but you are finally on a mountain lodge u not in the hotel. it was all picobello clean, the sauna area - which we visited but did not use - was very nice, as well as the dining rooms and terrace - incl covered outside seat with fireplace! we want to spend there for next year a whole we with friends in this beautiful unattended location with dream view of the schliersee!
