Cupcakehuset, Jåblom Bakst - Haugesund

So last weekend my husband and I had a great surprise while on our visit to my sons Fotball match. This little trailer selling cupcakes.... being Americans I was skeptical but I love cupcakes and consider myself an expert when it come to judging flavors. Cupcakes may to some seem easy to bake, but they are not and it’s very hard to find a cupcake that’s truly great. Let me say we bought four different flavors and each one was WOW. Red velvet is next to impossible for most bakers to get right..the flavor is alway off. The Red Velvet cupcake I had the pleasure of tasting was absolutely fantastic my senses overjoyed by the aroma and the flavors it left in my mouth. I also had a banana, chocolate and a snickers all where such a pleasant surprise from the flavor, consistency and over all look not to mention the frosting was just superb and a perfect match to each cupcake and not too sweet which is often the first mistake made in making a frosting. The frosting was a A . Please if you get the chance you will not be disappointed these cupcakes are such a pleasure. De beste kakene eg har smakt i mitt liv! Sjokoladekaken med pasjoncurd var virkelig en stor favoritt i dåpen vår og dåpskaken med navn va heilt nydelig tusen takk for at du gjorde dagen vår perfekt med den lille(store prikken over i’en! (Det e di saftigste kakene eg noen gang har smakt, og en helt unik touch klare Tove med glans!

Vi ble superfornøyde med bryllupskaken som vi bestilte fra Jåblom bakst Den var nydelig både i forhold til smak og utseende. Den var rett og slett rågod! Flere av gjestene kommenterte at det var den beste og saftigste bryllupskaken de hadde smakt og vi er helt enige Så tusen hjertelig takk for at du tok på deg oppdraget

Jeg prøvde red velvet cupcaken i dag etter anbefaling fra ei venninne, dette er noe av det beste jeg har smakt! Det var helt nydelig!
