Red Lobster - Hattiesburg

Food was good; however, on my to-go order, my food was not what I expected. Instead of a bed of rice, I only got a taste of rice. I called and made a complaint. The manager offered to remake the order. So, the food was a little more enjoyable the second time around. Overall, it was an ok experience.

Eaten at this Red LOBSTER a few times over the past few years. Good experience this visit in terms of service, good quality and price. Prior experiences were not as good.

I'd like to commend our waitress Haley F for the outstanding service she gave us! We are on a tight budget and don't get to go out much these days, but today was our six year anniversary and my girlfriend loves your food so I wanted to treat her to it. Your waitress was a great example of what good customer service should be, she was very friendly and helpful the entire time, and even when my girlfriend accidentally knocked her cup over she insisted on taking care of it herself despite our offer to clean up the mess ourselves , even moving us to another table and getting us new utensils and drinks. The ordering process was quick and painless, the food was great (I don't eat seafood and I was surprised how good the chicken tenders were at a seafood restaurant, and I love the biscuits! and once our food arrived she allowed us to eat in peace, only stopping by at the exact moments we needed refills or to-go boxes, it may seem weird but I don't enjoy waiters constantly hovering around me when I'm eating, and she was absolutely perfect at not doing this while still making sure we were taken care of. Like I said before we don't get to eat out much right now, so it's fantastic to see someone who does such a great job at making the customer feel welcome. She could teach a class on customer service in this area because Hattiesburg definitely needs it! Thanks for the great dining experience and we'll definitely be back!

This is a nice place if you adore Lobster dishes. It is the best sea food restaurant here in Hattiesburg, Mississippi. It is located in 4670 HARDY STREET, just beside the ARBOR SHOPPING CENTER. I personally taste their sea food variety. Food are fresh, delicious and tasty. Prices are also reasonable compare to their quality of food. It has a wide variety of choices but Specials are awesome. In the Lobster variety Lobster Lover's Dream is my favorite one.

Waited almost an hour for food. Quality of food was bad. Service was so extremely slow. Employees acted as if they didn't care to be at work. Menu is very limited but it still took almost an hour from the time we ordered till we got food. Restaurant was not busy either.
