Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Hattiesburg

I was the delivery person for someone in the general area. They made it very easy to come in and get the food for my customer which makes my job a whole lot easier and more satisfying for my customers and I both. Thank you Popeyes! Keep it up and the food always smells good!

Service was excellent and executed with a smile, the chicken at this location was above average, with popeye 's average being very good! This was as close to perfect as we could get.... the chicken was perfectly cooked and remained warm, soft, and juicy for every bite. the Breading had an extra airy sense if lightness to every crispy bite and the biscuit had a wonderfully crisp base and top that was a pure delight! great job team.... the only 'complaint ' if I could eben call it that, is why does her 3 pc strips only...come with a biscuit (that i luckily got to share) and my 8 pc nuggets doesnt???? HMMMMM the only thing that could have made this experience better (other than another biscuit) would have been being able to eat in the restaurant rather than my car.... KEEP UP THE GREAT JOB!

I waited 40 minutes in the drive thru only for there to be a hair in my sweet tea.?

This place only gets a star because you have to have atleast 1. We went threw here on our way threw to north mississippi a 4 hour trip)The girl working drive thru was rude. She rolled her eyes and huffed when I gave her a $100.00. And the pretty much threw the change at me. I mean I was ordering for a family of 6 so I got less than 50.00 back. She slung the stuff out the window at me and hit the side of my truck.. I asked for honey, ketchup and the Cajun sprinkle she said we don 't sell honey or cajun stuff while cutting me off) I will not be back to this place and apparently KIMBERLY needs a job she likes.

My food was the wrong order got home on the west side and was told to come back for the right order. They got it wrong again had to wait almost a hour for the right food. BEFORE u leave check your food.
