Mcalister's Deli - Hattiesburg

We were so excited to eat here after a long football weekend. we are from the city and do not eat mcalisters often. adrian didn't hear anything when our order was taken and then rude when she tried to find her foolish. jenna was also extremely rude when we told her how long we had waited. it took 30 minutes to get our food that was cold. No one apologized! there was a tattooed man who was super nice, but everyone else was super rude and no one knew what was going on with international orders. very disappointing. they need better management!

This is my own potato from McAlister's, and it's so delicious! As for kid-friendliness, they also offer a children's menu.

Clean location with great service. Best McAlister's I've been to in a while. They even have a few kids books at the door to keep the kids entertained while they wait for food. Great experience.

If you're looking for a great spot to enjoy sandwiches, chips, or soup, this restaurant is fantastic! The food, including the salads, is excellent, and the place is very clean. The staff is incredibly friendly, making the dining experience even better. They do offer a good variety of vegetarian options, which is a big plus. It's a spacious place, and definitely kid-friendly, so families are welcome. However, the parking situation could be improved, as it’s not the best. Overall, it's a welcoming place that accommodates everyone well, even those with mobility issues.
