Krystal - Hattiesburg

**Update:** After I raised my concerns at the window, I was met with a closed window in my face. The staff member told me she couldn't do anything without a signal. I showed her my order confirmation, but she scoffed and shut the window. I've been unable to reach anyone for a refund. It's now been a week since my initial order, and I still haven't received my refund. I’ve followed up as per their request, but still no refund or follow-up call.

"The sign says it's open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, but when I arrived, the staff member told me it would take 30 minutes to be served. He also said I couldn't order at the speaker. I parked in front and saw him just standing around. Then, he stepped outside for a smoke. When he eventually came to my car, he mentioned they were waiting for someone, but I clarified that I was waiting for my order. He told me that the night shift had left and that he was just bored. I had driven all the way from Louisiana, expecting a 24-hour service."

I wanted to eat here until I saw the female worker who smoked a blunt next to the door. it took about 2 minutes. put it out and put it in the car and went back to make food. - yes. we're parked in Burgundy Park right next to the door. I mean really?

Are they just wondering if they are still open? We've been moved four times since I moved here, all after 10 o'clock or so, and there's no one in the building. Perhaps this 24 hours almost food place has a time they close or change, until?

We went through the drive-thru and had the best service ever. The gentleman working there was the most polite and professional fast food employee we've ever met. If he isn't the manager, he certainly should be! They were out of mayo, but his pleasant attitude made me completely forget about it. We're traveling and have had our share of fast food experiences, but this was definitely one of the best!
