Kfc - Hattiesburg

I did a pickup order in my app , picked up in store. Chicken was coming out of the fryer(yum) when I walked in, I was 5 min early, added a chicken sandwich which I had forgotten, and 5 minutes later I was out the door. Perfection on my order and a very pleasant manager who took care of me. I keep saying it, KFC has Popeyes beat hands down.

I ordered the 8 piece chicken meal, which comes with 2 large side orders and 4 biscuits. Unfortunately, I had to wait about 8 minutes for m my order, but it was fresh and hot. Also, they were out of white meat, so I had to get all dark meat. This is my reason for 4 stars instead of 5. On the plus side, there wasn't a wait in line ahead of me. I guess I would recommend this restaurant simply because this and Popeye's are the only chicken fast food restaurants in town.

Slow and bad food. I sat and waited over 20 minutes to get chicken that they said they already had ready but apparently couldn't count. I was the only one in the drive thru when I was there. The quality of employees and food workers has apparently gone downthe drain.

Got here at 5:20pm on a Tuesday. Waited for over an hour for 3 chicken tenders. The staff were nice but it?s totally unacceptable to be waiting so long- they told me they somehow ?ran out? of chicken. How does KFC, a chicken place, ?run out? ofchicken? Will not be coming back.

The chicken was dry and old looking the oil needs to be changed. The ???? were to salty and cooked to hard. The server had an attitude problem. As if I was bothering her. I want be going there again.
