Del Sol Mexican - Hattiesburg

I entered a busy restaurant during the peak lunch hour and was promptly greeted and seated. Within seconds, I received warm chips and a tasty tomato-based salsa, along with instant offers of cheese and guacamole. I ordered the lunch fajitas with a request for jalapeños and the Del Sol quesadilla. Both were delicious and arrived at the table in astonishingly large portions, making me curious about how they manage to stay profitable. The service was excellent, the food was great, and everything was incredibly fast.

Overall, it wasn't a terrible experience, but I don't think I'll return. The food was decent, but the service left much to be desired. Our server seemed irritable and it was hard to communicate with them. While it wasn't awful, I certainly wasn't impressed. To put it simply, the fajitas weren't sizzling, and neither was the overall experience.

I've visited this place with a large group several times, and it's been great every single time!

Love this place. Ask for Arnold, he is the greatest! The entire family loves him and Del Col, our go to for family birthdays.
