The floors are extremely slippery—rubber mats are needed throughout the building, including in the bathrooms. The food was poorly prepared; for example, someone ordered fries, and they ended up on the same plate as someone else's burger, which didn't make any sense. On a positive note, the blasts were delicious.

The food was decent, but the manager's unfriendly demeanor was quite alarming. It really detracted from the overall experience. Not very enjoyable.

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant due to poor customer service. The employees seemed overwhelmed, which resulted in the drive-thru line taking much longer than expected. Additionally, the ice cream machine could use a thorough cleaning. Overall, it was not a satisfactory visit.

This was an absolute disaster of a visit. I went in the drive thru and ordered a crispy chicken sandwich combo with fries and a caramel and chocolate milkshake. I was told it would be 6 minutes for the chicken. I don't mind waiting if the food is fresh. Iwas given my milkshake at the window and was told to pull on the grass near the street to wait. I waited 15 minutes and the foodhad not come out. I decided to go in and the food had not been fixed. I waited an additional 10 minutes for fries and when I gotthem, you could smell that the grease was old. It smelled like very old grease and the fries were super dark as well as thechicken sandwich. The chicken sandwich was also hard and inedible. I try my best to be understanding with wait times and amistake but 25 minutes for this is unacceptable, plus by milkshake was just flavored milk by the time I left.

Filthy. Bathroom floor sticky, room unclean After ordering and sitting down saw trail of ice cream , girl sweeping ignored it. Should have left;but had not seen dirty dining room.
