Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

Today: Really enjoyed our visit to this cracker barrel, wait staff were extremely friendly, great atmosphere. We ordered kids sliders, barrel burger, and meatloaf meals, everything was good. The Free biscuits were so soft And as always, we really enjoy walking around their gift shop. 3 years ago: Love it, great food, great staff!

Really good home cooking, and friendly service! Jordan, our Server, provided excellent service. My food was hot and delicious! Because there were lots of people dining, Jordan brought biscuits, butter and jelly to eat until our orders were ready. I absolutely love their meatloaf! I ordered two helpings of dumplings as my sides. Mmmm!

We have been eating at this Cracker Barrel for two years and today was the first time the service was good. We come back for the food accepting the terrible service we always get. Today it was outstanding! Maia was our server who was able to make sure we had everything we needed without feeling like she was hovering. She was also patient with us dealing with important phone calls and a small child. Hands down the best service we have had here. The manager Adrian went out of his way to make sure our food came out okay and I saw him helping a very large table get all their child seats where they wanted. Managers here are usually seen talking with employees while I notice other services overwhelmed with too much on their plate. Not Today, Adrian was being a leader, not a manager making the job of his servers easier and ensuring customers were satisfied.

The breakfast was amazing! An their little gift shop were so nice. I bought my lil God daughter a little stuffed animal that she loves. Everything was good. EXCEPT, THE WAIT TIME!! We had to wait about 45min. before we even got seated. When she told us that it'll be about 15min. It was ridiculous!! The breakfast was great. But if I had to do it again. I will not be eating there.

We had a great breakfast! large portions and great taste. the service was wonderful! we are from the city and this cracker barrel is much better than the one where we live, glad that we stop trying it!
