Cook Out - Hattiesburg

Great value and consistently good food! I highly recommend trying their dishes and milkshakes.

The food was excellent! The banana milkshake is absolutely the best! I had a terrible experience at a Cook Out in Georgia once, so I was a bit hesitant to try the one in Hattiesburg. However, I'm so glad I took the chance! I definitely recommend it!

The burgers are small but taste decent. If you choose chicken nuggets as one of your sides, you'll only receive three nuggets. The cheeses are good but quite small; if you select one as a side, you’ll get 4 or 5 tiny balls. The menu seems poorly organized and haphazard. There’s a rush to take your order, and you won’t really know what you’re getting until it arrives. Additionally, there are no pictures on the menu board, so if you’re unfamiliar with what a walk taco is, you’re left to guess. The ingredients do taste fresh, but the place definitely has its shortcomings. The chili soup is served with a small bag of Doritos (the 2/$1.59 size) filled with a little chili and topped with cheese, but it feels like you’re only getting half a bag. It seems like they’re stretching their ingredients to make the portions appear more substantial.
