Müller Bistro - Hattersheim

Very modern furnished restaurant beautifully located on the market place in the countryside. In summer you can sit outside under trees. The restaurant is divided into two, above Mediterranean map, below in the beautiful vaulted cellar there are tapas. I have been there more often and all the dishes were delicious and well prepared. You can enjoy a table full of warm and cold tapas in a relaxed atmosphere, with a jug Sangria a short holiday! In the main dishes I noticed the black linguini with scampi and the gnocchi with truffle cream heavenly! But also the salads with fried lamb or other meat were always cooked to the point. I've never got anything that didn't taste delicious. Only Manko (and therefore not the full score) is the very alternating service. Depending on the operating person, this can be very flotted and friendly to super-slow/unorganized unfriendly but the risk I like to buy, because rest is simply recommended!

Unbelievable good tapas! I have become aware of the Müller Bistro by a friend and can only recommend to anyone to eat the tapas! No matter what tapas you choose, they are all incredibly good! Great and well maintained location, in summer you can sit very well outside and through the location directly on the market you feel you would be in Italy or Spain! Perfect for lonely summer evenings with a glass of wine! The location inside is also super beautifully decorated and very welcoming!

Such a nice accommodating operation, as well as the selection and quality of tapas a dream. Best Spaniard in price performance here in a circle.
