Inarú - Hato Puerco Abajo

I dined in half a dozen restaurants in Puerto Rico ranging from the very downscale (but still touristy and kinda overpriced) to the mid upper range (but still touristy and kinda overpriced) and without a doubt, Inaru was the best overall experience. The dishes here were very made and the taste was spot on, the drinks were refreshing, and the people watching from the outdoor seating was very entertaining. If I had to find a fault, it would be that service outside was not quite as attentive as normal, which is understandable given that there was a stream of people almost constantly passing through the sidewalk between the seating section and the building.

Beautifully prepared meals. Had the whole red snapper, seafood paella, seafood stew, great apps and dessert. Good cocktails and attentive, professional service. Nice atmosphere. Expensive but worth it!

We got the bass ceviche on avocado, fried Red Snapper and Paella. The food and service were both excellent. I wouldn't hesitate to eat there again.
