Plaisir Gourmand - Hatley

We enjoyed an exceptional meal here on a recent vacation to the Eastern Townships. Had the six course tasting menu with wine pairings over about three hours. Each course was fantastic and artfully presented. Especially enjoyed the scallop ceviche paired with Union Libre fire cider. The setting is serene and warm. Excellent service. Was expensive but worth the splurge for a truly fine dining experience.

We have travelled widely, dined in top Michelin restos, and have high expectations when it comes to food and wine. The evening we spent at Plaisir Gourmand exceeded our expectations in every way. This utterly charming restaurant should be on everyone's list if they are in the region. The food was superb and the wine selection has been well chosen. The service was gracious and personal and we can't say enough about how excellent Plaisir Gourmand is. It is 10/10!

We enjoyed the 6-course meal with wine pairings at this restaurant! Each course was unique and beautifully presented. The service was excellent, although it may be a bit challenging if you only speak English. However, don't let that deter you, as the meal is definitely a culinary delight worth experiencing!

One of the best restaurants in the Province of Québec. Inventive. Truly for foodies. Excellent wine list. Excellent service. A memorable meal, I will remember for quite some time.

Delicious local cuisine served beautifully in a beautifully renovated farm house. The server was very knowledgable about wines and how the food is prepared.
