Rude customer service,called 7 times finally got through only for them to hang up called again to complain very rude again aggressive attitude told basically to cancel order .when food arrived 90 mins late it was black/burnt/cold/wrong size/wrong pizza base Wish I read reviews first, how is this place still running , would like some form of compensation Do not order from here !!!!!!! Just eat get out quick before they ruin you

I ordered a 20-inch deep dish pizza, but it came as a thin crust. I only received 3 out of the 4 sauces I ordered, and the hot wings I ordered were actually BBQ. To make matters worse, I found a hair in the middle of the pizza that didn't belong to me or my friends. When I called to inquire about my order after waiting over an hour, I was told it would be another 20-30 minutes. I eventually received a notification that my food was on its way, but it took an additional 15 minutes after the supposed delivery time before I actually got my food. The toppings were also quite sparse. Needless to say, I will not be ordering from this restaurant again and would advise others to avoid it as well.

The customer service at this restaurant is terrible. Every time I have ordered, the food has arrived late and cold. This time, my order was accepted and then cancelled by the restaurant just 10 minutes after placing it. There was no apology from them for the inconvenience.

Ordered delivery waited for it to turn up and nothing. Absolutely pissed won't pick up the phone or text back no explanation why wouldn't bother trying this place as quick enough to take your money now trying to claim a refund!

I ordered food and waited for 2 hours before receiving my completely incorrect order. I had ordered a deep-dish pizza but instead received a dry, overcooked dish. The food was cold and disgusting. This restaurant should be closed down. Do not ever order from here!
