Hastings Fried Chicken

Take a look at the current state of this pizza - it's cold and dry. It's difficult to swallow and feels unpleasant.

We had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. We ordered the HFC chicken, but it was terrible. The hot wings were extremely dry and falling apart. The half-pound burgers were soggy and the portion of chips was very small. When we called to complain, the man on the phone was rude and defensive, insisting that his food was good. He hung up on us twice when we tried to express our dissatisfaction. Overall, we spent £21 for a meal that was not worth it. We will not be returning.

I received my delivery missing a drink and half of a HFC burger, including the rolls and chips which were cold. When I called to inquire about the missing items, I was told I had to come pick them up. I explained that I needed to isolate and the woman's response was rude, saying she didn't care and to come get the missing items if I wanted them. This was terrible customer service, I've had better service at Pontins Camber Sands.

The food was not shown and the man on the phone was rude, unprofessional and not helpful. would not recommend and will not return.

Ordered from you guys lastnight for delivery. Got told the order was cancled but the money has been taken. And hasnt been put back. We rang up to get the money back and the guy on the phone hung up on us. Very angry.
