Cake Room - Hastings

Walking in to this very stylish cafe I felt at home immediately. I received a very warm welcome from the owners and their gorgeous dog. The coffee was delicious, the Stilton walnut cake very tasty and the service quick and friendly. A definite must for anyone in the area to experience and make it your go to cafe! Can’t wait to try the sandwiches next time!

Great coffees and sandwiches in a friendly, cozy setting. Will definitely be back again to sample the cakes.

During our vacation in the area, we decided to try out The Cake Room for the first time. It exceeded our expectations with delicious food, served by friendly staff. We adored the cozy decor and found the atmosphere to be very relaxed. It was the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy our meal.

The ambience is great, dog friendly. The drinks are great, especially the hot chocolate very indulgent. The cakes I had, however, were dry and lacked flavour. (I had the coffee and Bailey’s cakes as well as the Pumpkin cake). My 2 other friends also agreed.
