Domino's Pizza Hastings West Nz City

Ordered two large pizzas and two sides, one side was a 1.5L Coke. The order arrived relatively quickly but we received a L&P instead of a Coke. I phoned the store and said that I would like the L&P collected, and that I wanted a refund for the Coke. The person said that they were very busy so the driver would only be able to get there in 30 minutes to an hour. After waiting for an hour and a half, I decided to take the L&P to the store myself. I returned the L&P and was given a refund which was fine. In the meantime, the driver had arrived and when my husband told him that I took it to the store myself because they were taking too long to collect, the driver told my husband that WE WERE WASTING HIS TIME AND HIS PETROL. So never mind the fact that Dominoes mucked up the order, it is now our fault for wasting their time and petrol. How about Dominoes Hastings take some responsibility for their own mistakes instead of blaming the customer? If you didn’t have the Coke in stock, why not get in contact with the customer and ask them to pick an alternative instead of deciding on their behalf and then having a crappy attitude when you are told it's not what they ordered.

Absolutely horrible. ordered a cranberry and camembert pizza without the hollandaise swirl to add the cranberry swirl. gave me who knows what, with paneer and hashbrowns/wedges?? asked for a mini and they charged me $19? pointing out it was $8 they gave me back five bucks cash as a refund? disgusting service. don’t even know what to put in for how much i spent Service: Take out

When ordering a delivery for 5.15 not a thing arrived Rang 5.35 to see where delivery was Was told it would be a further 10-15mins Questioned why it was so late told again it would be 10-15mins but order was in hand Stated I would not pay for a delivery that wasn't on time Told again it would be 10-15mins n was disconnected Rang back to confirm order n was told again 10-15mins.no delivery by 6.05 so rang again n told order had been cancelled. This was news to me n two (by this time) very hungry young boys. Disappointing to say the least n definitely not a good customer service!
