The Puketapu - Hastings

The Puketapu was great with my coeliac daughter. They have a separate fryer and seemed very knowledgeable around coeliac disease. There were quite a few GF options on the menu.

I have eaten here a few times I am always impressed by the care they take with preparing gluten free menu items. Always delicious well presented as well.

Best pub in NZ. Love stopping here for refreshments having cycled from the coast, ready for the return trip. Great food and drinks selection.

One of the best little country pubs in the district. Lots of history, good beers, great food and cheerful staff. Right next to a good cycle trail and plenty of parking for the passing motorist.

The puketapu store is awesome friendly and the best icecreams ever..
