The Thatched Inn - Hassocks

Husband and I came today to lunch on June 24 when they visited hatsocks; looking for a place to eat we settled in thatched inn and we are glad that we did. the staff gave us a warm welcome, the pub is dog friendly, but as there is a beautiful day we sat in the garden. the food was freshly cooked, portions were generous and everything was well presented. one of the most beautiful pub meals we had in one and we will return definitiv when we visit again.

Eating was delicious, came fast, and the staff was friendly for us and our dog brought her water without being asked. our look at the entrance/telephone book area suggested that the entire team was well informed about the table availability, bookings, confidently on the meeting and greeting of customers and that everything went smoothly to provide a good customer experience. Yesterday we hired them all.

We enjoyed a delightful roast lunch. I had a tender roast beef, while the others opted for roast turkey. There was an ample amount of food, all served hot. The desserts were quickly devoured. The staff were polite and friendly, and they went above and beyond to assist us. We left as very happy customers and will definitely return soon!

Such a lovely pub outside and in. Food we had was really good and big portions and quick service and steamed veg were great. Definitely go back again. Staff very friendly too and lovely atmosphere

Really friendly and uber helpful staff, great pub food at reasonable cost. Toilets were very clean and I liked the way there was hand sanitiser just outside (as it was a pull handle to exit the toilets). Little things like this really separate the lesser best places! I was really surprised by this little place I think its a hidden gem. Great welcome Great food Great service
