Nice place serving asian food in all-you-can-eat formula. Good service and reasonable price. Delicious food that combines traditional Mongorlian, Japanese and Chinese dishes with European expectations.
As the title suggests, this vast restaurant is in a somewhat out of the way location, but as a result parking is no problem.Very friendly staff and a large and well appointed Chinese and Asian buffet with what seems to be the latest trend here, a section where you choose ingredients and the chef cooks it.Things were nicely presented, the balance of tastes was good, and the bill very reasonable.
We have been eating frequently here over the past years. The place is located a bit remote from the town centre in an industrial zone and may not be easy to find for those who come here for the first time. There is a fair selection of European (not all of high quality but okay) and Asian (well prepared) dishes to choose from and the highlight is always the barbecue, where you can select from a variety of raw meats and vegetables plus sauces and have it prepared on a hot plate. The staff are friendly and efficient. The place is quite big, so it is never crowded, even though there are always numerous local guests. They have an All-you-can-eat policy even with dessert included but the icecream is not so good. A fair seection of drinks which are normal-prized but of course come on top of the AYCE bill. Those who are not big eaters may find the food expensive or not good price for value, but the buffet will cost about the same as a three course menue in a regular Asian restaurant, and I can really recommend at least to try it. The lunch buffet is cheaper than the dinner, even though choices are fewer. If you want to try it out for the first time, go there for lunch first.
Went there 2 times so far while in Germany. T, fruits, desserts.I like that they keep the plates warm on the tray of the buffet and that they have wet tissues to wash your hands. There 2 features at the buffet. The one row is with cooked food. They have great variety of stuff: different kinds of meat, a variety of fish, soups, sushi, noodles, sauces and some others. They were all very good cooked though you need to be a bit picky since i noticed they mix a lot of plain fat parts with the meat and just cover it in sauces. The second row, is all raw food (from a variety of meat -including kangaroo-, to fish and raw vegetables). You put what you want in a plate and there is a cook behind a bar where you give the plate and he cooks your food in front of you. Caution at the sauce that says "sehr scharf" (=very hot)... it lives up to its description. You can also choose from a variety of desserts (included in the buffet price) like ice-cream, fruits, cake, fried bananas. The waiters are always going up and down cleaning the tables, picking the empty plates, fetching your drinks. The service is excellent and the staff was very fast and friendly. The prices for the buffet were 10€ per person (drinks not included), and their drinks are at very reasonable prices. I had Weissenradler (white beer with lemonade) and it costed 3.50 for 0.5 litres. Good value for money, good variety of food, good service. I'll be recommending it.p.s. They have offers for each month of the year, (example in September you get 3 +1 free at the buffet).
