There were words and words from the “Chefin” It's not going to happen in such a place! We pay our good money today for a pleasant stay! This was not the case. Food was great as always! But something like that must be said. We're going to think about another visit!

The Neumanns is the top class and deserves the title restaurant in Haßfurt. Focus is on German cuisine at the top level, with you looking over the edge of the plate towards Mediterranean cuisine. The fact that this is by no means inconsistent with sophistication and a conspicuous reinterpretation of classical dishes has so far been allowed to enjoy every visit, whether with meat, fish or vegetarian.
