Ismael forms strong connections with many customers, even those who may not be very pleasant. He remains calm and composed, no matter how challenging the situation becomes. His new trainer, Scott, seems promising, especially since Ismael's training has great potential. Ismael is a dedicated worker, and I trust the service at 7/11, especially during these times. I visit the store every day for lottery tickets, nicotine products, water, and more. Ismael's optimism and readiness to help always stand out to me. My family definitely misses his professionalism when he’s not around. Thank you, Ismael and Scott, for making our shopping experiences enjoyable!

Scott may be new, but he is eager to learn and impress. As a frequent customer, I can appreciate the high standards of service. Ismael’s contagious smile and comforting demeanor make every visit enjoyable. He is a remarkable leader and has set a high bar for customer service, which I have never experienced at any other 7/11. The Hasbrouck Heights location at 423 Route 17 is truly exceptional. I can’t forget to mention Linda, the sparkling female manager, who, along with Ismael and Scott, played a vital role in serving my family during the challenges of COVID. They have been essential workers for us, always providing a genuine and honest service without any shady promotions.
