Eataly brings a taste of Italy right to you, featuring a collection of Italian shops and restaurants all under one roof. Here, you'll find everything from fresh cheeses, meats, and pasta to olive oil and canned or dried goods. The selection of Italian wines is also impressive. I've attended several events here, including wine and cheese tastings and wine pairings with meals. However, the issue with these events is that they are often oversold, which makes it difficult for everyone to fully enjoy the experience. If it weren’t for this drawback, I would happily give it 5 stars. What I really appreciate is the variety of restaurants available, allowing you to sample different dishes. During my most recent visit, there were no events happening, and it was wonderful to shop and then easily find a table in the restaurant. I only wish I lived closer so that I could enjoy dinner here more often!
We chose to dine at La Pizza La Pasta after being drawn in by its excellent ratings. It did not disappoint! The service was fantastic, and we were welcomed with warm, fresh bread. We opted for the handmade pasta, and it was absolutely delicious! The pasta was cooked to perfection—thin and flavorful—making me feel like I was back in Italy. One meal here just isn’t enough; we can’t wait to return! Next time, I plan to pick up some Italian snacks, cookies, cheese, and crackers to enjoy back at the hotel. I also fell in love with the hazelnut chocolate gelato!
This place was great I loved the market the only thing I don't like is not much options for restaurants. But it was a spectacular experience the pasta, ravioli, pizza and bread with olive oil, Prosecco, red wine and the service was great. Then when you go to the first floor after eating you can have some desserts, coffee and cannolis. If you want you can go shopping and you will find a variety of items that are imported from Italy and it's a foodies heaven. Love this place, please visit all of them that they have. Try the prosciutto and the fresh mozzarella it's delicious.
This was such a wonderful spot for lunch! Eataly has the marketplace culture of a large space with multiple food vendors, shops, and bars. The Marketplace model is heavily done in Denver, where I live, so I wasn 't immediately impressed (though you absolutely would be if you 're not used to this! . However, Eataly did have some things that helped it stand out from this new restaurant trend, and I was also told it was one of the first marketplaces built! For one, the building is much more opulent than trendy. Chandeliers, cute sayings, and incredibly well maintained, the space really maximizes its ability to be beautiful. Another thing I noticed is that it looked like their stall-style food vendors were offering really quality items. The butcher had some burgers I almost wanted to ship back home to grill! The other thing that really sets Eataly apart from spaces like it is that there are multiple sit down restaurants within the space, offering a nicer version of marketplace food. We sat in the La Pizza La Pasta restaurant towards the back of the second floor, and I was really impressed with the ambiance of the space. Large windows, clean and trendy tables and decor, and a beautifully presented bread basket made this feel like a really nice lunch. Service was not great. A little distant, unfriendly, and distracted. Nothing terrible, but definitely the biggest detractor from the experience. We ordered the Tagliatelle based on our servers recommendation, and the ziti based on our craving. The tagliatelle was AMAZING! It was definitely the standout for my friend and I. Delicious, homemade pasta with generous servings of beef and a light sauce, we craved it and ate the leftovers before the end of the day. We were told the ziti is served al dente prior to ordering, to make sure we were okay with a firmer pasta, and boy we were! The texture of the pasta was the best part of the dish. An amazing sauce and hunks of mozzarella didn 't hurt, though. Wine was a bit pricey here, but it seemed on point with the other restaurants in the area. Plan on about $15 a glass. Overall I would definitely return here. It wasn 't a stand out restaurant but the pasta was fantastic and the space is great. I wouldn 't reserve this spot as your nice dinner joint if you 're visiting from out of town, but eating here for lunch was perfect. I would have given five stars if the service was more friendly, but our experience there could have been a one off. Come try it and at the very least split your favorite pasta dish!
