Subway - Harvest

Best subway in Madison as far as customer service and food quality is concerned. The staff mostly consists of HS teens but there are some adults that work there as well; all have really good attitudes. However the turnover rate seems to be high as I rarely see the sameFolks more than 2-3 times and we visit this Subway once a week. We never have issues with food, service or anything. Now their drink machine has been down for over 6 months which is ridiculous, so you’ll be limited to basic sprite and coke.

LOVE the location and it being close to my school makes it the better and easier to get to. The staff there are very understanding and tend to be quiet friendly towards everyone even when rushed. The food there is also pretty good. Enough to where the curtain items sell out later into the nights. I feel this place deserves a 5/5 on any subject

Arrived at 12:45 p.m. and ordered a sandwich on artesian flatbread. The employee tells me that the bread still hasn't thawed out. I'm not joking. The store has been open almost 4 hours and their supposedly fresh bread is still frozen and thawing out.

I have no words. It's just ignorance and incompetence at this point. Can't listen while in store, and can't read a ticket for online orders. I'm actually impressed by how many times the meat was forgotten on the sandwhich for online orders. How? Oh well.

Great customer service. Seems like the employees work very well as a team.
