Was,craving some taste of home, Baton Rouge ,LA.My taste buds was pleasantly surprised, I could truly taste the patients in preparation also the seasoning was moderate to say the least. I did indulge, An ordered 3lbs of crawfish wich were small in comparison to the season just starting but packed a signature punch.An then I was drawn to the Seafood Gumbo ,classic in nature.Flavorful an yet hearty, would not have preferred the rice included,but not disappointed. Then I took home the Etoufee, to be continued.....

The food is so good. I will recommend everyone to come here. You will not be disappointed.

So, so, soooo good. Authentic Cajun cuisine, so flavorful. The folks who own and operate it are so kind and welcoming, too! I can't wait to go back!

If yall are looking for the best Cajun food around huntsville look no further. Amazing food and customer service. I've had Cajun food on Bourbon street that was nowhere near as good as here!
