Jack's - Harvest

I’m done with Jack's! I've been a fan of chicken biscuits for years, but they've changed the chicken, and now it tastes terrible. This cheaper version has a processed flavor, yet the sandwich prices are higher than ever. I ordered two lemonade shakes, and they were basically just lemonade with a bit of cream—more like a liquid than a shake. It's disgusting. I’ve given them several chances, but something has definitely changed in the last six months. My once favorite fast food restaurant is now a disappointment.

You never know what the quality of this locations food is going to be .... sometimes good, sometimes not .... got a milkshake from there this week and it was the consistency of choc milk ... not frozen at all... the employees are usually very friendly ..maybe we just came at a bad time .. probably short handed like everywhere else.

I've been visiting this location more often lately since my job requires me to go to the nearby Publix. However, the drive-thru service has consistently felt rushed and somewhat rude. There seems to be a complete disregard for simple requests, like asking for an extra pack of ketchup or no onions. I always try to be polite and I'm not a difficult customer, but the staff often makes me feel like I’m inconveniencing them just by ordering food here.

Quality of food isn’t bad, but the reason for the low rating is my order was made incorrectly and there is no effort made to correct it. I was charged an extra $3 to change sides, which I didn’t notice until after getting home. Normally I don’tcomplain about this sort of thing, as all it takes is a phone call to explain the error and get it sorted out. However, I calledmultiple times only to have my call rejected every single time. I wouldn’t say stay away from the place, but I’d certainlysuggest to check your orders before you pull away from the drive-thru.

The staff were friendly and explained that they were short-handed, with just five people including the manager when they usually need eleven. Despite this, they maintained a positive attitude. I enjoyed the food; I ordered the number five, a two-burger combo, which came with plenty of onions and good fries. As always, the apple pie was delicious. I’m giving them four stars mainly because there were puddles inside, likely from previous customers spilling full cups of water. This, however, is not a reflection of the hard work from the staff.
