Angelo's Pizza - Harvard

The restaurant worked really well handling a baby shower with over 30 guests. The food was good, and the service was very pleasant.

Angelo’s Pizza located at 205 Front Street in Harvard, Illinois is an Italian Style restaurant with a good selection of Italian dishes and American food. The pizza is wonderful and made with fresh ingredients as per your order. You can also order burgers and fries cooked to your liking. I recently placed an on-line order for shrimp scampi, with extra shrimp, and garlic bread for delivery. The dish is served with Butter Sauce, and Garlic. The order arrived within 25 minutes, warm, in an aluminum base container with a plastic cover. Upon opening, I was glad to have ordered extra shrimp as otherwise, i feel there wouldn’t have been sufficient shrimp to enjoy the meal. The parsley enhances the presentation, and the taste was buttery and not overpowering by the garlic. The pasta portion was correctly sized, and I liked the meal. I plan on returning to Angelo’s to try their other dishes on the menu and to revisit the Shrimp Scampi. I hosted a baby shower at Angelo’s for 35 people last weekend. The food was delicious, i heard lots of great comments about the chicken parmesan and garlic bread. The staff was very attentive during our event and Angelo was very easy to work with and patient with all of my questions leading up to our event. I have also had dinner there a few times now. I love the pesto pasta, my daughter really likes the lasagna, and my husband is a fan of Angelo’s pizza! We will keep coming back to Angelo’s!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
