Burger King - Hartwell

Went through drive-thru ordered 2 double ghost pepper whoppers was asked to pull up and I got no complaints food was good and the lady at the window was super

The service at this restaurant is terrible. They do not give complete orders and even the items on the menu are not good. This has happened twice now. Burger King is good in other states, but not here.

Everyone needs to be patient at this restaurant. They prepared my food in a timely manner, and I even waited for them to cook my impossible burgers.

The dining room was closed and the staff could benefit from more training in customer service.

I'm a door that is here and I have to say best experience at the burger king! I think there were only two employees in there and they just walked out of the way to be friendly even if they have guided the restaurant themselves! you should be proud to say that you work for you
