Pizza Hut - Hartville

None of the workers knew what they were doing. Brought our.Food out was only half of what we ordered. Waited in additional Fifteen minutes for the rest of our food.

Every time I order from this pizza hut they forget stuff and then when I want it still delivered it takes another 45 minutes to get it and I live 10 min away. Don't bother paying for delivery they won't complete the order just go and pick it up.

My daughter and I stopped here after going to the Hartville Flea Market. The food was typical Pizza Hut fare but the service was amazing. We felt welcomed when we arrived and they were very prompt and friendly during our time there.

I placed my order online. When it asked for special instructions I stated Very Very Very light sause. Apparently, they dont read instructions because my pizza came with a ton of sause and I ate 2 pieces and threw the rest away. I also stated I wanted porch drop off and that wasnt listened to either. Not going to order here again.

I come here for the lunch buffet and it never fails. They always put out nasty pizzas that nobody wants. Nobody wants banana peppers and hot sauce or mushroom and onion pizza. You request a pizza and it takes over 45 min to finally get something good on the buffet. Keep it simple. I just want a pepperoni and sausage pizza.
