Captain D's - Hartselle

The guy that was working the front counter this evening 1/2/24, was great. He was wearing an orange shirt (no name tag). Maybe a Manger? Great customer service. Very kind and courteous and carried on conversations with several. The food was great as well.

I seem to be having horrible luck with drive thrus lately. Sadly when we got home we realized we were missing a butterfly shrimp meal. When we called the store we realized there was no receipt with our order so sadly we lost out. $15 extra in someone's pocket.

There were at least six people working. They were delivering food and cleaning tables rather than standing around. It's a pleasure to eat at a fast food restaurant that actually is fast, and they appreciate you being there.

Absolutely one of the best experiences I've had in a long time. The food was cooked fresh. The manager was super helpful and friendly. The restaurant was spotless. Definitely will go back.
