The Ward Jackson - Hartlepool

A regular customer at this Weatherspoons, The Ward Jackson. Staff always helpful and friendly. I had a festive burger , grilled chicken, Brie slices , 2 halloumi fries , blue cheese dip and chips. Absolutely delicious. Washed down with 2 pints of Guinness. What's not to like. If you are ever in Hartlepool and fancy a drink and something to eat, you can't go wrong at Weatherspoons.

Visit ted for breakfast and ordered by the app. Wasn’t really busy and ordered 2 cokes, 2 eggs Benedict via the app. Food come before our drinks, my husband kindly asked where are our drinks? The man (about 50 odd, glasses, tattoos) who brought our food then said what do you expect when you used the app? Should of ordered at the bar and you would of got it quicker then started ranting about being short staffed. My husband was shocked and just looked at him in disbelief! If you were short staffed you should of turned the app off! This man also challenged me for ID once too and I’m 37 years old, obviously a jobsworth.

Very nice food. Amazing Value. Great staff! We only had a light bite for lunch, but if we ever go back to Hartlepool, I would definitely come back here!

I was there the night that the group was complaining about I did not witness anything of the so called offensive behaviour that the said was going on I think they just didn't like the barman with people like that I hope they don't come back

Ordered two vegitarian breakfast absolutely awful dry eggs glued together yokes bust forgot my has browns....bland just dry no bean juice or juice off tomato never again it was just awful
