My mother ordered dinner for us (my elder was on the phone with her, sought Dominos, so she did something nice for us, and one minute or two after I was told I realized something. Oh, no! The whole lot and every walkway here super slippery ice! I'm immediately worried about the truck and contacted the store in Hartland. The person who answered the phone already sounded a little less than drilled on that day. I asked him to contact the driver and tell him that I would like to come out and go to the vehicle to get the items from him so that he would not have to risk any injury. I said they could give me a call when they arrive, and I'd be out there right now... saidstaff, he'd try to let him know. Quickly forward 5-7 minutes later... there's a knock on my door. I open and start apologising to explain that I called and didn't want him to run on that ice... but the person I never spoke called the driver. The supplier was very rude and obviously irritated to me, but this is something he should talk about with his employee or superior. I've never had a bad experience with Dominos, but last night I met two rude employees on one night. I was tied that the man I spoke to on the phone did not find the security of the delivery driver to be important to him to make a quick call. I'm sure he wouldn't be satisfied if he had the opportunity to avoid possible injuries, but someone was too lazy to forward the message. Doesn't give me much faith in humanity when people stop taking care of the welfare of their fellow human beings. Not sure we will take our business elsewhere to give them another attempt in the future. I hope there's something going on.
Calling for a delivery and the employee I spoke to on the phone was uncertain. Didn't you know how to answer a single question without? I think? And when he told me the delivery time, he said... I don't know, maybe a few hours, but not sure? This kind of service is not called for, and if I were this business owner, I would be horrified. Sure.
Ordered online, placing the toppings on one side with half the pizza to be cheese. Found when I arrived home that the pizza was not prepared correctly. Will not order on line in the future. Service was fast at 9 pm.
I would give this restaurant zero stars if I could. It took 1.5 hours for our pizza to arrive, and we had ordered two medium pizzas.
I am unsure if this delivery driver is associated with this restaurant. I have worked on this driver's car as a mechanic and am extremely disgusted to have seen half-eaten food, spoiled milk, and rotten food scattered throughout the vehicle from the front to the trunk. As a result, I will no longer be ordering delivery from this restaurant, as I do not want to risk my food being delivered next to such unsanitary conditions.
