Service here is regularly bad, wrong items, incorrect orders, gross overcharges on items that are 2/3rds the price at the next nearest location.

I tried to come into the building to eat in. I figured it was open since there were several staff lounging around. I tried to open the door and it was locked, there was a women with a beanie, glasses and a black face mask (Saturday night January 28th 2024) completely ignored me. I tried to tug on the door, knocked and waved. She was not even a FOOT away. If there was no door, I could rest my arm on her shoulder, she would have to be blind and deaf not to notice me. She was purposely ignoring me. She could have told me the lobby wasn’t open but rather she acted like I didn’t even exist. I’m a server, and this is unacceptable. I would NEVER ignore a customer. I felt like my business wasn’t going welcome though it was well in business hours.
