Subway - Hart

Much like any of the other Subways that I've been to; clean, fresh veggies, good food. The men's restroom had a broken lock on it when I was there and they don't honor coupons at all, both facts were a little frustrating. A certain young girl was very rude and rolled her eyes about everything. Shouldn’t work in customer service if you can’t at least fake to be nice.

Absolutely awful service waited 20 mins for a online order that I had orderd 40 mins prior subs were not made right and order was completely wrong Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Foods ok and service is ok. Usually have to repeat myself 3 times on something I had just said because they seem to instantly forget what I said, when asking for toppings veggies they hardly put anything on and when I ask for extra veggies they put maybe 3 pieces. Multiple times I have shown up a little after they open and they have the doors locked.. like today I went there with my son for subs, got there and waiting till 9:15 and the doors were still locked, they also had 3 other cars waiting for them to open. We all ended up driving off because they were not opening the doors.
