Dave's Party Store - Hart

The pizza at this restaurant is average at best, with a lack of toppings and a focus on dough. With better pizza options available in town, such as B.C. Pizza and Hart Pizza, it's hard to see why someone would choose this mediocre option. Hart Pizza offers a better selection, as well as Pizza Factory in Shelby, just a short drive away. It's possible that the new owners of the store may have reduced the toppings to increase profits. However, a week later, despite still preferring pizza from other places, the owners of Dave's have shown exceptional customer service and graciousness in their response. I am impressed by their professionalism and feel that there is much to be learned from them on how to treat others with respect and kindness.

The service was good. The people who have waited on me were always polite and nice.

I ordered a pizza. I made a mistake and picked up the wrong order. When I went back, they gave my order to another customer who was upset about the situation, and had my replacement pizza already almost done by the time I arrived to correct the issue. The pizza was delicious. Additionally, they have a nice selection of glassware to look at while waiting in line. I highly recommend this restaurant. Thank you, guys!
