The restaurant has a stylish ambiance with plush sofas and comfortable chairs. The tables are adorned with table linen and napkins, polished glassware, and silver service. The staff is of good quality and the atmosphere is quiet and elegant, with a chandelier and a pianist performing on Sundays. Overall, I very much enjoyed my experience at this restaurant.

I have heard good things about The Oak Room and we were not disappointed, except upon arrival they did not seem to have our reservation. However, we were quickly seated and enjoyed drinks in the lounge before our meal in the main restaurant. After inquiring if it was a special occasion, it was a nice touch to have my wife's dessert served with a birthday message while a pianist played a quiet rendition of Happy Birthday. The food was excellent and the service was impeccable, making for a very pleasant evening that will definitely bring us back for another visit.
