Sazio - HARROW

This restaurant is a calming getaway with delicious food and excellent service when you need it. It's just what you need after a busy week. The staff is efficient and friendly, and the food is fantastic - a perfect remedy for the fast pace of city life.

I have been visiting this restaurant since 2008 whenever I come from Dubai. A friend introduced me to it, and I have been hooked ever since. They have a great cocktail menu, with a manager who is skilled at making unique and delicious drinks, like the Walk in the clouds. Unfortunately, no one else seems to know how to make it, as it must be his secret recipe. Paul has been taking care of us every time we come, and he is exceptional at his job. He is polite, helpful, and really adds to the overall experience of dining here. People like Paul and the manager make this place special. I would love it if they could get the recipe for the Walk in the clouds cocktail from Sameer. Paul, I trust you can make it happen. Happy new year to the whole team, and see you soon.

Discover this place during a friend's leaving do. The environment is nice and the food is exquisite. It's a pity that the place has moved away from Harrow. Makes it harder to reach.

I visited the Hatchend branch of Sazio yesterday evening and was extremely disappointed with the low quality of the food that was served. The onion, tomato, and basil salad only had one basil leaf as a garnish, the onions tasted stale as if they were prepared two days before, and a 1-liter bottle of water was served with only one small ice cube for £5.20. The food was very mediocre considering the high prices. The only redeeming factor was the friendly staff at Sazio.

I went to the Pinner restaurant not harrow for all you can eat £8 lunch. I was with 2 friends and we all ordered our first dish, I did not like mine but ate half, then ordered another explaining I did not like it. The waitress told me I could not have another as I have not finished, then said to my fellow diner 'well done youve finished all yours ', how utterly patronising! She then agreed to bring me another dish but then brought our a mini portion and said you can have half. Utterly outrageous and rude. I called head office and was told I was lying. Stupid business attitude used to be good advised everyone to stay away!
