Osteria Modigliani - HARROW

I went to the restaurant yesterday and had a negative experience. There was only one waiter who seemed to be rude towards us. The soup of the day was a very small portion and not worth the £4.99 price. We also ordered prawn tempura and melon with ham as starters. My wife had Pollo al Pepe and I had lamb cutlets for our mains. The chicken breast was stringy and the lamb cutlets were tough and chewy, not worth the £21.80 we paid. We were also overcharged £10 for just two cokes, but the mistake was corrected after we asked about it. The total bill came to £74, including a 10% service charge. The waiter informed us that the credit card machine was not working and requested cash only, which seemed suspicious considering the situation. This was our first and last visit to this restaurant, and we were very disappointed with the food and service.

Excellent food! Really lovely service the waiter was amazing and really friendly. Food portions are very good and the atmosphere was perfect for a Friday night dinner. Highly recommend the pizza, bruschetta and prawns (special of the day) 5 stars cannot wait to be back!

Probably one of the worst meals I have had. Food was cold and over priced. Wallpaper held on with tape in the gents and they obviously have a damp problem.

Attended this restaurant to celebrate my wedding anniversary. Very nice place with good quality food and excellent service. Plenty of vegetarian options for my wife and I enjoyed the fresh pasta. My wife also enjoyed her mocktail. Will be coming there soon for another delicious feast. Best wishes to La Cucina team!

Well I visited this restaurant for the first time with my Italian partner and tell you what it was a HIT! My partner is from Sicily and very hard to please, to say the least doesn 't like any Italian restaurant soo much in London. This Place made her happy. She says 'real Italian is this '! Fantastic service, the waiter was amazing, food nicely presented and great aura about the place. There is a good variety of dishes from Italy and their specials on the board were appealing. In fact I will have to visit again as she really want to eat everything ; Also it was good on my pocket.
