The personal could not do enough to make us happy and comfortable. so kind. very impressed and eating was delicious. I had a steak, friend had the burger. all excellent. overall beautiful experience.

Meet some friends for lunch in miller carter in harrow. on the way there I spoke to a friend and mentioned where I wanted to go and that I look forward to a good steak, to which he replied that he had been there and on his experience he had no steak there. To be honest, I thought that this sounds ridiculous when I had eaten in a miller carter before (in woodford) and that eating was great, so against the advice of my friend I ordered a rib eye, like several of the group I was with. to say that the steak was a disappointment was an understatement! it was hard and full of gristle, I left more than 50% of what was unthinkable. my was not an isolated case since the whole group I ordered with this steak had exactly the same experience. I've been talking to another friend about this and he lives less than a mile of this miller carter and goes there quite regularly, but he tells me that he would never order a steak there and instead have a burger when he goes there (the burgers are obviously good.) Come on, miller carter, make your act together! how can they get it so wrong with steaks when their brand is synonymous with steak? very, very disappointing.

The wine glasses and cutlery were not properly polished. they have people come to spend a lot of money to eat in their restaurant, the standards must be a little higher. when we received our bottle of wine, the waitress did not ask if we wanted to try the wee, she just dropped it on our table and said here that you go. the waitress also did not mention how long the cote de boeuf would take, which is very important to let people always know, and if there are delays, it must also be communicated. when we had our ancestors, they fell 20 minutes before the arrival of our steak from our salat and told us no single word. we felt like the waitress couldn't wait to get away from us. Lovely good and friendly service from staff. Recommend the fillet mignon. Good choice of foods for family

Family meal on a Sunday evening, busy as usual, food was good, our waitress was lovely, but it felt eeeky gearing towards a grimy feel about the place, the toilets could have been better too, floors were sticky and strewn with toilet paper.
