It is a zero cause it smells there is flys everywhere in my food and everything. I have to say the one good thing was when I go to leave and have a breath of fresh air outside also there was one real nice person who cleaned the table but everyone else smelt like poo

Kenton Lane Cafe is hands down my favorite restaurant. The quality of the food, the friendly staff, and the cleanliness are all exceptional. It feels like you're enjoying a home-cooked meal every time. I either dine in or get takeout from there a few times a week, and the food is always consistently delicious. I have never been disappointed. You can't go wrong with KLC.

Rude manager, no realistic waiting times, food below average panini more like stale bread (the hot one was 100% not hot), chips soggy lacking flavour add the hot sauce to make the most of a poor food situation, over priced. Only good thing was the masala chai. Will not be returning and will definitely not be recommending. I also want to say, if waiting time is 10 mins then is more, listen to your customers reaction rather than making sarcastic comments. Furthermore once the customer has completed their meal, it’s rude, arrogant and obnoxious for the manager to go to their table and have a mini vent at the customer continuing their vent even when told to stop. Ultimately, saying you checked cctv to check how long they had waited just sounded very petty pathetic. Customer service and people skills lacking. It feels like you’re business lacks the basics.

My American cousin is visiting and he wanted to try Jacket Potatoes. We had a great time enjoying their delicious Jacket Potatoes, along with some tasty omelette and Desi chai.

I found this little gem from a Google search. It’s such a shame that all the decent cafes in Harrow have closed or changed hands. Parking can be a little challenging but I managed to find parking very close by. On arrival I was pleasantly greeted by the waitress and was advised I could sit anywhere. I chose to sit in the far left hand corner table with a good view of the rest of the cafe. I did like the ambiance and liveliness of this cafe. I would say they have the advantage of Wi-Fi but I just couldn’t get it working at all which is highly disappointing. The decor is nice and the place appeared clean. I placed my order with a young lady who was clearly in training as a waitress. I came here for breakfast so I ordered the KLC Special £6.50. I asked the waitress if there was an alternative to chips and she said no. However she asked if I would like Masala chips instead of plain, to which I agreed and request to have Masala chips with my breakfast. I asked the waitress if they had Rooibos Tea to which she looked confused, as most people do, and suggested the Teas they do have. I asked what herbal teas they have to which she was unable to answer so I settled for a simple black tea. When my breakfast arrived, I was visually very impressed. However the egg was lukewarm and the sausages were the worst I have ever tasted. I would go as far to say they tasted “cheap and nasty”. They were completely tasteless and extremely poor quality. During the course of my meal no one came to check if everything was ok until I had finished. I guess this is common with single diners but I find it highly annoying. The young trainee waitress came over to collect my plate and ask if everything ok. I told her the egg was lukewarm and the sausages tasted very bad. I very much doubt this was communicated any further back to the chef or the owners who were present at the time. I was pleased to see they have all their delivery drivers wait outside for the collection of their orders. I was also pleased to see the array of fusion dishes I’d like to try so I’ll definitely be coming back to try them. When I went to settle my bill I was disappointed to see I was charged an extra £1.30 for Masala chips, something which wasn’t highlighted to me when I’m placed my order. Overall my experience was ok because it’s not always about food although it does help to have good quality hot food and be well informed about what is being ordered.
