Grove On The Hill - HARROW

This is a local cafe that is more of a grill house and cafe for locals, rather than a traditional restaurant. It's a great place to meet friends and enjoy a light lunch. The food is decent, but the service is excellent as the staff are very friendly. The back seating area is lovely and usually busy, while the front is more like a canteen. The food is well presented and appetizing, although larger portions, especially for the salad, would be appreciated. The calamari is a standout dish. Overall, give it a try as it might just be the right fit for you.

We had an amazing birthday celebration at the Grove on the Hill. The food and service were fantastic and they were very accommodating during the planning and throughout the evening. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, and all of my guests had a great time. Ahmed and his team went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.

Came for a family dinner, the prawns tasted really good if only the bread was toasted bit then it would be great. Unfortunately the spaghetti bolognaise’s sauce was really watery almost like a soup at the bottom so it didn’t taste that good. However the lobster linguine was great, lots of bits of lobster but if it was kept in the shell I think it would be better as I just had an empty shell on top of the pasta. Staff were friendly, parking was a bit hard to find but there are street parking around.

We celebrated a friend's birthday at Grove on the Hill and were impressed by the friendly and efficient service. The menu offers a variety of options, including plenty of vegetarian choices, all of which are well cooked and delicious. The prices are neither too expensive nor too cheap, but the quality of the food is excellent. The portion sizes are reasonable as well. We are already planning to return at the end of the month!

For dinner in the grove on the hill. eating was clearly cut. a special appetizer made of smoked salmon and picked egg with Hollandaise sauce was cold. I asked the server twice and she assured me that it should be cold. I never had a court with a cold egg. the service was good, but unfortunately I will not return.
