I use the app to order ahead and my coffee was waiting for me. Applaud your staff for prompt service.

Day shift is always quick and friendly, afternoon shift is a different story. Be happy if you don’t wait 10-15 min in the drive thru if you’re the only person in line. They need to be trained on how to speak to people, as they are always rude.

It has a double lane drive thru, and was lined up a ways, but it moved quickly because the staff were on their toes.

Slowest and worst tim Hortons I've ever seen. They have 2 screens 1 person taking orders no cars are at the drive through window and all sitting behind the order speaker for what feels like forever. I'm sitting in line wrote g this review wishing I could back out of this horrific place.

Total disregard for customers. As the line went around, the drive-thru out the park. And locked down the side street and down the road. If they cared about their customers in any way shape or form, they would not allow this pile up of cars. When I see it like this. I drive right by.
