The Barn Guest House And Tea Rooms

I stayed at this place for 2 nights with my Mom. I highly recommend staying here. The room was lovely and the bed was comfortable. The full English Breakfast was amazing. Caroline and Gareth are excellent hosts with a lot of local knowledge. Hutton-le-hole is absolutely stunning and is ideally located for exploring the Moors, and is only an hour away from Whitby and York. We will definitely return.

Yet another fantastic gluten-free lunch at The Barn. A trip to HLH is never truly complete without indulging in one of their delicious homemade gluten-free scones with jam and cream.

We had a fantastic experience at The Barn Guest House Tea Rooms with excellent staff and a welcoming atmosphere! The breakfasts were served hot and exactly as we ordered. We even took some homemade desserts home with us for later because they looked so delicious. The 2-hour drive each way was definitely worth it, and we will be returning next year. Thank you!

We stayed 3 nights, Caroline, Gareth, the staff are all helpful accommodating, the breakfasts we had were substantial, our room was very clean, the overall price was well worth it. The Barn Guest house is also dog friendly....we really enjoyed our stay, will go back again. Hutton Le Hole is a lovely village, the village pub is only 4 mins walk away.. The village is also close enough for such places as Goathland, Pickering, Whitby. Would recommend The Barn Guest House to anyone.

I stayed there with my friend for the weekend nothing was too much trouble at all. I had trouble with my car and the owner was happy to help me with it. The breakfast is fantastic from fresh and yoghurt to the full English. The room was lovely everything that you need to hand if we needed anything off the tray replaced we were told to leave it outside our door and they would refill it. There was hand sanitizer everywhere and Covid-19 rules were followed. This is the second time we have stayed here and hopefully we will back next year.
