Ripon Walled Garden - Harrogate

What a wonderful surprise. We decided to buy our Christmas tree here to support this wonderful charity and decided to have some tea, coffee and cake. The cafe is lovely and allow for 'well behaved ' dogs. The Christmas cake with wensleydale was scrumptious. We bought some to take home with Christmas pudding scones and jam. We will definitely be back and with friends. Treat yourself and help this charity too!

Oh my word my friend recommended this place and im so glad.Everything was fab from the soup through to the eggs on toast and the 2 pots of tea. At last a great cafe with the staff who actually are interested in what you are asking for and only too happy to please you.I will defo be back on a regular basis.

Stopped here for breakfast whilst travelling for work they open at 9:30 am. Fantastic service, Home made cakes and other goodies using produce from the walled garden. A great charity providing employment for people with special needs. Food is very reasonably priced, and delicious! Was so good I got them to make a packed lunch to take away as well!

What a delightful place to visit. We called during our stay with friends in Ripon and had a delightful lunch in the garden. The pork apple plait was a delight (so say the ladies) and my gardeners lunch was superb. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The orchard is great with trees named and a pleasant walk around. Just had lunch back at home in South Gloucestershire and the Walled Garden piccalilli is very good!

My scone, straight from the oven, was yummy and the coffee excellent too. The staff couldn't have been friendlier and I shall certainly return.
