Grantham Arms - Harrogate

We had a wonderful dinner at this restaurant. The service was friendly and the tomahawk pork steak with peppercorn sauce was delicious. I highly recommend it.

We stayed at this restaurant for two nights, including bed and breakfast plus dinner. Our room was located off the courtyard and was quite fun. The shower was decent, although the underfloor heating was slightly temperamental. The bed was comfortable. The food was fantastic, although the seafood platter was almost too big! It was great to have the option of a glass of wine for the same price as a bottle, which helped avoid alcoholism and allowed couples to have different drinks without breaking the bank. If only every restaurant did this! Our Yorkshire breakfast order was taken accurately and was not swimming in grease - a true joy. We will definitely be back next year on our next trip to Yorkshire.

I had a wonderful Sunday lunch with friends at this restaurant. The food was delicious and I was happy to find a variety of gluten-free options available. They were very knowledgeable about dietary requirements, and even cooked the chips separately in the oven. The gluten-free Yorkshire puddings and gravy were a fantastic surprise. The restaurant is also dog-friendly, which was a bonus. The staff were all really friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this place.

5 stars isn’t enough for this wonderful B&B/Pub. Stayed 3 nights and were well looked after. Lots of detail in the room, fresh milk from the bar on demand for teas in the room. Food in the pub is delicious and every member of staff helpful and friendly. Breakfast was yummy and plentiful. Thank you, and we will be back.
