Corn shells only being hard and flour shells being soft not stated on menu. Sometimes allergy is not necessary to state. Order can simply be made as asked, and if asked for something that is not available, I can be corrected at the time of order.

Poor communication and customer service owner/manager would not remake food that was made incorrectly when we were not advised over the phone they didn't have soft corn tortillas when thats what we ordered they gave us flour which we couldn't have due to celiac disease. Angela was extremely rude and the point of customer service is not to argue with the customer it's to rectify a situation. I understand stuff happened people can be miss heard. she did not offer to remake any food until I offered to pay for 1 order which shouldn't have been necessary. I'm aware there's a huge mark up on food it would not have been the end of the world to remake it to conform to the allergy. I wasn't trying to get extra food I told them they could take the 4 of 8 incorrectly made tacos and replace just those which was too much to ask apparently.

I walked in just ahead of my wife, who is ill, holding her 4 lb service dog. I was immediately accosted by a staff member from across the restaurant. She asked if he was a service animal to which I responded yes . As I tried to help my wife in the door she screamed an actual service dog ? Like ADA? . I began to put him in his bag and explain to my wife as the person then yelled they have a sign... This place is not compassionate or inclusive. Ruined our day and my wife was deprived her burrito. Shame on you. (In response to the response: service dogs are not required to wear a vest. Please visit the ADA website for you and your employees education. The most upsetting part is that the owner must be the unhinged individual who showed such discrimination. Again, shame on you. (Update: Instead of just saying it was an unfortunate misunderstanding the owner has now changed their response to remove saying a vest was expected? This is bananas. Everyone has an off day and we get that, but instead let 's rewrite the events???

Been going there since day one, Burrillville needed this place!

I was on a multi state motorcycle ride starting from Cleveland Ohio and riding through states in the northeast. I was starving! I stopped in middle of the day and got the BEST lobster crunch wrap I have ever eaten. Huge chunks of lobster meat and so delicious. The ladies who served me were great. I even got a photo with the wonderful lady who made my wrap. Thanks for a great crunch wrap and a fun memory ladies! Mike D
